A power of attorney allows someone to act on your behalf, for example to sell property, manage a bank account, register a company or collect documents while you are away. To be valid abroad it usually needs to be notarized and then apostilled or legalized, and often translated.
We work from the template required in the destination country or from your lawyer's draft, prepare a bilingual version where useful, and arrange signing before a notary.
We do not give legal advice on the content of the power of attorney; for that we recommend speaking with a lawyer, and we are happy to work with yours.
