Embassy and consular legalization

Full legalization chain through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the embassy or consulate of the destination country.

When the destination country does not accept an apostille, a document must be legalized step by step: usually by the issuing authority, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and External Trade, and finally the embassy or consulate of the country where it will be used.

Each embassy has its own forms, fees and processing times, and some countries are covered from a mission outside Solomon Islands. We know these requirements and manage the submissions, payments and follow-up for you.

Typical requests include documents for work visas in the Middle East and Asia, commercial invoices and certificates of origin, and civil documents for marriage abroad.
