A certified true copy is a photocopy that an authorized person has compared with the original and certified as a true and complete copy. Banks, universities, visa offices and overseas employers often accept these instead of your original documents.
We arrange certification by a notary or another authorized certifier, in the wording required by the receiving institution, and can combine copies with translation and legalization.
Bring or send the originals; they stay with you or are returned by courier as soon as the copies are certified.
